Products & Fitment

What does Chrome Cruisers sell?

We sell chrome and leather accessories for cruiser and custom motorcycles. Our range includes leather saddlebags and panniers, sissy bar and rear bags, tool rolls, tank chaps, bottle holders, crash bars, sissy bars, footpegs, highway pegs, floorboards, mirrors and spotlights.

Which motorcycle brands do you have parts for?

We stock parts and accessories for Harley-Davidson, BMW, Yamaha, Suzuki, Kawasaki, Honda, Indian, Triumph, Victory and Hyosung. Use the brand menu at the top of the page to see every model we cover.

How do I find parts that fit my motorcycle?

Open the menu, choose your bike's brand and then your model (for example Harley-Davidson Softail 2018–up or Yamaha Drag Star 1100 Classic). You'll see only the products made to fit that model. Always check the model years listed in the product description before ordering.

I can't see my motorcycle model. Can you still help?

Yes. Many of our leather bags and universal parts (footpegs, mirrors, spotlights) fit a wide range of bikes. Email us your make, model and year at info@chromecruisers.co.uk and we'll tell you what fits.

Do you sell parts for Harley-Davidson Softail and Sportster?

Yes. We have dedicated collections for Softail (1986–2017 and 2018–up), Sportster (1994–2003 and 2004–2023), Dyna (1991–2017) and Touring (1988–2023), plus saddlebags designed specifically for Softail and Sportster models.

Do you have accessories for the BMW R18?

Yes. We carry parts for the BMW R18, R18 B, R18 Roctane and R18 Transcontinental.

Do your parts come with fitting instructions?

Most of our parts bolt on and can be fitted with basic tools. If you're unsure about fitting, contact us before ordering, or ask a qualified motorcycle mechanic to fit the part for you.

Ordering & Payment

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners Club, Discover and UnionPay cards, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Klarna, Bancontact, MB WAY and Satispay.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes. You can choose Klarna at checkout to spread the cost of your order, subject to Klarna's approval.

Is it safe to shop on your website?

Yes. Our store runs on Shopify and all payments are processed through secure, encrypted checkout. We never see or store your full card details.

Can I shop in my own currency?

Yes. Use the country/region selector to view prices in GBP, EUR, USD, CAD, AUD, SEK, DKK, CZK, HUF or RON.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can check out as a guest. Creating an account lets you track orders and check out faster next time.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Email us at info@chromecruisers.co.uk as soon as possible. We dispatch quickly, so we can only change or cancel orders that haven't been sent yet.

Shipping & Delivery

How quickly do you dispatch orders?

In-stock orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Which couriers do you use in the UK?

UK orders are sent with DPD or Royal Mail from our warehouse in Poole, Dorset.

Do you ship outside the UK?

Yes. We ship to the EU, the USA, Canada, Australia and other countries using fully tracked DPD, Royal Mail International and FedEx services.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking details.

Will I have to pay customs or import duties?

No surprises. Any customs duties, import taxes and fees for your country are calculated and shown at checkout, so you pay them together with your order. There is nothing extra to pay the courier on delivery.

What happens if my order is delayed?

In the unlikely event of a delay, we'll email you to keep you informed. You can also contact us at any time at info@chromecruisers.co.uk.

How is my order packed?

Every order is packed with care so chrome and leather items arrive in perfect condition.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

Yes. You can return a non-faulty item for an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase, as long as it is unused, undamaged, in its original packaging, and has not been fitted to a motorcycle. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Who pays for return postage?

For change-of-mind returns, return postage and the cost of sending any replacement are paid by the customer. If your item arrived damaged or faulty, we cover the return shipping.

Can I return a part after fitting it to my bike?

No. Items that have been fitted to a vehicle, used, scratched or marked can't be returned for a change of mind. Please check fitment before installing.

What if I ordered the wrong part by mistake?

If the item is new, unopened and resaleable, we'll refund it minus the original postage cost. The original postage may be higher than the delivery charge shown at checkout because we subsidise shipping. We may deduct a restocking fee of up to 10%.

My item arrived damaged or faulty. What should I do?

Contact us as soon as possible at info@chromecruisers.co.uk, ideally with photos. We'll arrange the return at our cost and send a replacement or issue a full refund.

How do I start a return?

Email info@chromecruisers.co.uk with your order number, the item you want to return and the reason. We'll reply with return instructions.

Can I exchange an item for a different one?

Yes. Exchanges follow the same 30-day conditions as refunds. Email us and we'll help you choose the right replacement.

Leather & Chrome Care

Are your leather saddlebags waterproof?

Leather is naturally water-resistant but not fully waterproof. For riding in heavy rain, we recommend a waterproof cover or keeping valuables in a dry bag inside your saddlebag.

How do I care for my leather motorcycle bags?

Wipe off dirt with a damp cloth and let the leather dry naturally, away from direct heat. Apply a leather conditioner or wax every few months to keep it supple and help it repel water.

Will the leather stretch or change over time?

Genuine leather softens and develops character with use. This is normal and part of the appeal of a quality leather bag.

How do I keep chrome parts shiny?

Wash chrome with mild soapy water, dry it with a soft microfibre cloth, and use a chrome polish occasionally. Avoid abrasive cleaners, which can scratch the finish.
