Track Your Order
Here is how to follow your Chrome Cruisers order from our warehouse in Poole to your door.
Use the link in your dispatch email
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we email you the tracking number and a link to the courier's tracking page (DPD, Royal Mail or FedEx). Click the link in that email to see where your parcel is and when it is expected.
Check your order online
- Sign in to your account: open your orders and sign in with the email address you used for your order. You will get a one-time code, so no password is needed. Select your order to see its status and tracking link.
- Prefer not to sign in? Open your order confirmation email and click View your order.
When will my order arrive?
In-stock orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). UK orders go with DPD or Royal Mail. International orders are fully tracked with DPD, Royal Mail International or FedEx. See our Shipping Policy for delivery times.
Can't find your tracking email?
Check your spam or junk folder first. If it isn't there, or your tracking hasn't updated for a few days, email us at info@chromecruisers.co.uk with your order number and we will check it with the courier.
