We take great care when packing every order to ensure your items arrive safely.

Dispatch Times We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days of receiving payment if item is in stock.  All delivery timescales are based on standard working days, Monday to Friday.

UK Shipping For UK orders, we ship exclusively via DPD and Royal Mail.

International Shipping For international orders, we use fully trackable services via DPD, Royal Mail International, and Fedex.

Delays In the unlikely event of a delay, we will contact you by email to keep you informed.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes 

For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes and fees that apply in your country are calculated and shown at checkout. You pay them together with your order, so there is nothing extra to pay the courier on delivery.
