We take great care when packing every order to ensure your items arrive safely.

Dispatch Times We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days of receiving payment if item is in stock.  All delivery timescales are based on standard working days, Monday to Friday.

UK Shipping For UK orders, we ship exclusively via DPD and Royal Mail.

International Shipping For international orders, we use fully trackable services via DPD, Royal Mail International, and Fedex.

Delays In the unlikely event of a delay, we will contact you by email to keep you informed.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes 

Customers in the USA, Canada, Australia, and EU please note: shipping charges do not include taxes, import duties, or customs charges. You are responsible for any such costs applicable in your country. We recommend contacting your local customs office before ordering to understand what additional charges may apply. These fees are collected by the delivery courier or at the point of delivery — they are not additional postage charges from us.
