Refunds & Replacements
Cosmetic Issues / Change of Mind If you are not satisfied with an item (i.e. the item is not faulty), we are happy to offer an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase, provided that:
- The product is unused and undamaged
- It is returned in its original packaging and fit for resale (no scratches, marks, or signs of use)
- The item has not been fitted to a vehicle
Return postage and the cost of shipping any replacement item are the responsibility of the customer.
Bought by Mistake If you return an item purchased by mistake and it is in new, unopened, and re-sellable condition, we will process a refund excluding the original postage cost. Please note the original postage cost may be higher than the delivery charge shown at checkout, as we subsidise freight charges.
We reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee of up to 10% at our discretion.
Damaged or Faulty Items If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange the return and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
