Credit/Charge Card Details

We do not store credit card details.

We operate a secure encrypted site where necessary, all Internet transactions are handled by PayPal, we do not store nor have access to your card information.


  1. Packages are generally dispatched within 1 - 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Royal Mail / Parcelforce or UPS with tracking.

  2. We will provide you with a link to track your package online.

  3. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. 

  4. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

  5. We take great care packing to ensure safe shipment to you.

  6. All delivery days are based on standard working days from Monday - Friday.

  7. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional P&P charges


We will either refund or replace an item if it is found to be faulty, or otherwise damaged through postage. ( Please inform us immediately of this) .

Refunds or new replacement products will only be issued when we receive the original goods purchased.

Refunds or replacement will be sent within 7 days of receiving the goods returned. (Usually 1-2 days). Further: If you are not happy with an item due to cosmetic reasons (ie .item is not faulty etc) we are happy to exchange or refund for you within 14 days of purchase so long as product is not damaged and is returned in original packaging. It must be fit for resale (ie no scratches etc.). Return postal charges and postage of the replacement item are at the cost of the customer.

Bike Selection

Parts on our website are supplied assuming original European bike specification except where explicitly stated otherwise. If your bike has any alterations we cannot be held responsible for errors.


All goods are supplied with the understanding that they will be fitted by a qualified experienced person equipped with relevant tools and test equipment necessary to facilitate fitting and confirmation of correct operation.
